Our beloved mother, Regina Elsie Cox, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on February 2nd, 2024. She was born July 6th, 1935 in Chittenango, NY to Annette Schweizer and Clinton Cox.
Regina had a compassionate nature and devoted her entire life to caring for others. She was a dedicated nurse, working at Martin Memorial Hospital for over 20 years. She enjoyed gardening, reading and music, but she especially loved spending time with her family. Regina was a loving mother to 6 children, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
She is survived her brother and wife David and Gloria Cox; her two sons Joe Blair, Jeff Blair and daughter-in-law Robyn Blair; her daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Bill Johnson; grandchildren Shonda Blair and her daughter Makayla, Jason Blair and wife Courtney, Jacob Toledo and Kevin Miller; plus, great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
All who loved Regina will remember the small but fierce woman who would sacifice her last breathe for those she loved. She was an amazing lady and she will be missed.
Rest in Peace Mom, we love you always.
