A celebration of Jerry’s life will be Monday October 13, 2014 from 5-6:30 pm with a service at 6:30pm with Pastor Craig Bridgers officiating, at Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, St Lucie Chapel, 714 SE Port St. Lucie Blvd. Port St. Lucie, Florida 34984.Services:

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jerry’s honor to Treasure Coast Hospice , 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981.
